Legends Senior Villas is a 2024 built apartment community for individuals aged 55 or better, located on the west side of Kansas City, near a shopping center offering all the big-name stores you recognize, including some outlet stores, with Kansas speedway, I-435, and I-70 less than 10 minutes drive away. Our 2024 built community features a secure, controlled access building, a community lounge, a fitness center, and an in-building elevator, in addition to 34 apartment homes, of which 26 are 906 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments, and the remaining eight are 667 sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments. Each apartment home features laminate wood flooring, energy-efficient central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with an oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, and includes a washer and dryer in each home, while select homes include a walk-in shower, while others have a shower/tub combo. Deposits, Fees & Policies

There is a one-time security deposit of $500, and a nonrefundable $45 application fee for each applicant.

UTILITIES: Residents are responsible for electricity and water utilities, plus any optional services such as Internet and cable TV. Trash service is included in your monthly rental rate.

PET POLICY: Legends Senior Villas allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home, weighing up to 40 lbs, with a one-time deposit of 1/2 of the monthly rental rate. Some breed restrictions apply; contact us for further details.
